This online booking platform is built and operated by MyClienta. Each salon has its own page at its own address. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
From the salon: salon name, contact (phone/email), address, services and prices, opening hours and photos the salon adds to its page.
From clients, when booking: name, phone number, address, and any note the client writes (for example what they would like done). For services where it helps, a client can upload a photo — it is stored with the appointment and the salon can see it. We do not request or store card payments.
If the salon uses loyalty or referrals: we also keep a visit history tied to the phone number (stamps, rewards, referral code) so those features can work.
Page visits: we keep basic statistics for each visit — the event (page opened, booking opened), country, where you came from, and a session marker. Your IP address and browser are stored only as an irreversible code (a hash), never in readable form. It carries no name and is not used to identify you personally.
Business contact database: separately from the above, we keep a list of businesses (not private individuals) we have researched as possible customers — name, town, address, phone, email, website and social profiles, gathered from publicly available sources.
Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.
We sometimes build a demo page for a business in advance, from publicly available business details (name, address, phone, services), to show what it would look like — before we have contacted them at all. If that is your business:

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (servers in the EU) over an encrypted connection. Photos are stored separately, per salon.
The page uses the browser's local storage for basic functionality — e.g. the chosen language or booking state. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic on this page only — they may set their own cookies. We do not use any other third-party advertising cookies.
A salon may request access to, or deletion of, its data and its clients' data: [email protected] or WhatsApp +389 75 608 900. Deletion is complete — it removes the photos and the statistics too, not just the appointment.
