By using this online booking platform, built and operated by MyClienta, you agree to the following terms.
MyClienta provides online booking software: a page for the salon, an admin panel for appointments and services, and a QR code and link for clients.
The salon owns its content — name, services, prices, text and photos. The salon is responsible for the accuracy of that data and may edit or remove it at any time.
€12 per month (the price for your country is shown at sign-up and in your admin panel — that price stays fixed for you). The first 30 days are free. You can cancel at any time — no obligation and no cost after cancellation.
If you have seen a page for your business that you did not ask for — that is a demo, built from publicly available business details. It is not a contract, it obliges you to nothing, and we charge nothing for it. We delete it immediately on request — see the Privacy Policy.
After cancellation we take the page down. On request we also delete all data — appointments, notes, uploaded photos and statistics. Tell us if you want a copy first.
The service is provided "as is". We aim to keep it available and stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. MyClienta is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit. The salon is responsible for its relationship with its own clients.
